  • We have partnered with Printful, a leading print-on-demand service provider with fulfillment centers around the globe, to fulfill our print-on-demand products.

Using Print-on-Demand Services:

  • Our products are fulfilled using Printful's print-on-demand services, which have different fulfillment centers located worldwide. The location of the fulfillment center and product availability will determine where your order is shipped from.

Shipping Times:

  • Printful typically fulfills orders within 2-7 business days. Average fulfillment times:
    • Clothing (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies): 2-7 business days
    • Non-clothing items (e.g., mugs): 2-5 business days
  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
    • Domestic orders: 2-5 business days
    • International orders: 10-20 business days

Product Fulfillment Locations:

Printful has fulfillment centers in the US, Mexico, Latvia, Canada, Australia, Japan, and the UK. The location your order is shipped from depends on product availability and your location. For instance:

  • Hoodies and Sweatshirts: Ships from the US, Mexico, Latvia, Canada, Australia, Japan, UK.
  • (Note: Sand color only shipped from US and Latvia)
  • Mugs: Ships from the US, Mexico, Latvia, Canada, Australia, Japan, UK.
  • Bucket Hat: ONLY ships from US and Latvia.
  • Baseball Hat: Ships from the US, Mexico, Latvia, Canada, Japan, UK.
  • T-Shirts: Ships from the US, Mexico, Latvia, Canada, Australia, Japan, UK.
  • Tie-Dye T-Shirts: Ships from USA and Canada.
  • Sticker sheet: Ships from USA, Mexico, Canada, Latvia, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia

Customs Fees:

  • If one or more products are only able to come from outside of your country of origin, you may be charged customs fees upon delivery.
  • International orders may incur customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Be aware of your country’s customs policies and fees before placing an order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Prints and Original Artwork:

  • Prints and original artwork are shipped directly from Canada.
  • If you are ordering both artwork and print-on-demand products, please note that they will be shipped separately, and additional shipping fees may apply.

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at chloe@sloast.com, and we will assist you as best we can.

    Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
